MasTec acquires Three Phase Line Construction, Inc.

MasTec acquired Three Phase Line Construction, Inc. for $8.0 million cash plus an earn-out, a transaction completed in October 2007, structured as cash plus earn-out.

Three Phase Line Construction, Inc. operates in Power Delivery / electrical T&D, is based in Northern United States. Electrical transmission-and-distribution utility construction firm active in several northern states in construction, maintenance, substation and storm-restoration work, with a largely unionized workforce. MasTec acquired all outstanding shares in October 2007.
