Microsoft Corporation acquires Fungible

Microsoft Corporation acquired Fungible, a transaction announced in January 2023.

Fungible operates in Cloud / Datacenter infrastructure, is based in Santa Clara, California, USA. Microsoft acquired Fungible, a maker of composable infrastructure and low-power data processing units (DPUs) that accelerate networking and storage performance in datacenters. The Fungible team joined Microsoft's datacenter infrastructure engineering group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
