Microsoft Corporation acquired VoloMetrix, a transaction announced in September 2015.

VoloMetrix operates in Office 365 / Delve Organizational Analytics / Office Product Group. VoloMetrix is an organizational-analytics company whose technology measures and prioritizes how employees spend their time at work. Microsoft acquired it to combine that data with Office 365 and Delve Organizational Analytics, giving workers personalized feedback to make better use of their time.

Small improvements in daily effectiveness create significant organizational value, and combining VoloMetrix with Office Graph data and machine learning enables personalized productivity feedback loops.
