PROCORE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. acquires FlyPaper Technologies

PROCORE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. acquired FlyPaper Technologies, a transaction announced in May 2025, structured as acquisition.

FlyPaper Technologies operates in Building Information Modeling (BIM). FlyPaper Technologies is the maker of Sherlock, a plugin for Autodesk Navisworks, and was a longtime Procore technology partner whose algorithm was already used by some of Procore's ENR 400 customers. Its technology enables automated and streamlined 3D design coordination, clash detection, and collaboration on building information models. Procore folded FlyPaper into its BIM offering alongside the simultaneous Novorender acquisition to give customers visibility into complex BIM models.

Strengthen Procore's connected BIM offering by adding automated 3D design coordination and clash-detection capabilities, improving predictability, reducing rework costs, and bolstering jobsite safety for large, complex projects.
