REPUBLIC SERVICES, INC. acquired GFL Environmental's Colorado and New Mexico operations, a transaction completed in June 2023, structured as Acquisition of GFL Environmental's Colorado and New Mexico operating assets.

GFL Environmental's Colorado and New Mexico operations operates in Recycling, collection and disposal (solid waste), is based in Colorado (Denver, Colorado Springs, Durango, Cañon City) and New Mexico (Bloomfield). Republic Services acquired GFL Environmental's vertically integrated operations in Colorado and New Mexico, comprising recycling, collection and disposal assets. The operations serve four Colorado markets - Denver, Colorado Springs, Durango and Cañon City - as well as the Bloomfield, New Mexico market. The deal brought new commercial and residential customers and employees into the Republic team.

Grow through a strategic, tuck-in acquisition that leverages Republic's core capabilities and reinforces its commitment to its Colorado and New Mexico communities while expanding recycling, waste and environmental solutions.
