Maretron (assets, from Littelfuse, Inc.) operates in Digital Imaging, is based in United States (Florida office). Teledyne acquired the assets of Maretron, including the Octoplex, MPower and MConnect product lines, from Littelfuse, Inc. (NASDAQ:LFUS). The products join Teledyne's Raymarine business (Teledyne FLIR Maritime) to deliver deeper integration and vessel automation for boat builders and system integrators; Raymarine will maintain the Maretron trade name and product lines, and the acquisition includes Maretron's Florida office.

Maretron's vessel-automation products expand Raymarine's integration and automation offering for boat builders as a one-stop-shop and strengthen Teledyne FLIR's maritime portfolio.
