The Toro Company acquired Turflynx, Lda for Not disclosed (accounted for as an asset acquisition), a transaction completed in November 2020. The deal was a Asset purchase.

Turflynx, Lda operates in Professional / Residential (autonomous technology), is based in Portugal. During Toro's fiscal 2021 first quarter (completed November 4, 2020) Toro made the asset acquisition of Portugal-based Turflynx, Lda, a developer of autonomous solutions for turf management. Substantially all of the acquired value was in finite-lived developed-technology intangibles, and the deal was accounted for as an asset acquisition with no separately disclosed price.

Turflynx supported development of alternative-power, smart-connected and autonomous products across Toro's Professional and Residential segments.
