Simmonds Precision Products, Inc. operates in Power & Control, is based in Vergennes, Vermont (HQ), had revenue of about approximately $350 million (CY2025E). Vergennes, Vermont-based designer and manufacturer of fuel and proximity sensing and structural health monitoring solutions for aerospace and defense, carved out of Goodrich Corporation / RTX Corporation. About 40% of revenue is aftermarket and nearly all is proprietary; about 900 employees. Financed through cash on hand.
