RingLead operates in Data orchestration / RevOps automation. RingLead (RingLead, Inc.) was a leader in data orchestration and revenue-operations automation, helping companies deduplicate, cleanse, normalize, and route customer data that is siloed across disconnected systems. ZoomInfo acquired substantially all of RingLead's net assets on September 8, 2021, announced September 9, 2021, for total consideration of $118.0 million, consisting of $116.9 million in cash and $1.1 million in estimated deferred consideration. The technology lets customers unify ZoomInfo intelligence with their own data sources to shorten the path from data to engagement.
