Keith A. Goldan

Keith A. Goldan became an Abeona director and Chair of the Board's Audit Committee in April 2026. Since June 2022 he has served as Chief Financial Officer of Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNDX), where he has helped lead the company through its first two product approvals and commercialization. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Optinose, Inc. from January 2017 and of Fibrocell Science, Inc., a cell and gene therapy company, and held CFO roles at NuPathe, PuriCore plc and Biosyn as well as financial roles at ViroPharma and KPMG. He received a B.S. in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
