Customer Concentration
Abeona began generating product revenue only in 2025 following the April 2025 FDA approval and December 2025 first commercial treatment of ZEVASKYN, so its customer base is highly concentrated. For the year ended December 31, 2025, two customers each accounted for more than 10% of total revenue: Customer 1 represented 48.1% of revenue and 51.2% of gross accounts receivable, and Customer 2 represented 45.8% of revenue and 48.8% of accounts receivable. There was no revenue or accounts receivable in 2024. ZEVASKYN is procured either directly from Abeona or through a specialty pharmacy, and revenue is recognized when the product is surgically applied to the patient; management expects concentration to ease and payer/customer mix to broaden as the launch scales and more Qualified Treatment Centers begin treating patients.
