Since his retirement from Scott Asset Management in 2017 he has been a private investor; from 1995 to 2017 he was President of Scott Asset Management, an investment group focused on industry-leading small-cap companies. Earlier he served as Vice President of Merrill Lynch & Co. in the Capital Markets Group from 1991 to 1995 and was employed by The Chase Manhattan Corporation in the Corporate Banking Group from 1973 to 1990. He received a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
