Danielle Spehar joined Agree Realty in 2016 as Vice President of Transactions and was promoted to General Counsel in February 2019. She is responsible for leading the Company's Due Diligence and Legal teams and managing its legal affairs.

Prior to joining the Company she was engaged in the private practice of law at Maddin, Hauser, Roth & Heller, P.C. from November 2001 to December 2016, where she served on the firm's Executive Committee and as co-head of its Real Estate Practice Group. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, an MBA from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
