Gregory Lehmkuhl has served as a director of Agree Realty since July 2018 and as Lead Independent Director since December 2020. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Lineage Logistics, overseeing all facets of the company's global operations.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University.
