Jeffrey S. Shockey

Jeff Shockey is executive vice president of Government Operations, Global Public Policy & Corporate Strategy at The Boeing Company, overseeing U.S. federal, state and local government operations, sustainability programs, global public policy and the company's philanthropic organization, Boeing Global Engagement, as a member of the Executive Council. He returned to Boeing in February 2025 after serving as senior vice president of Global Government Relations at RTX, and his prior Boeing roles include vice president of Global Sales and Marketing for Defense, Space & Security. He has held senior positions in the U.S. House of Representatives, including staff director of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, and holds a bachelor's and a master's in public administration from California State University San Bernardino.
