Katrina L. Helmkamp is the Non-Executive Chair of IDEX. Her extensive business development experience makes her a key contributor to the Board, providing perspective on potential transactions, growth opportunities, capital allocation and portfolio composition. She previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cartus Corporation, the global relocation subsidiary of Anywhere Real Estate, and as Chief Executive Officer of SVP Worldwide and of Lenox Corporation.

Earlier in her career she was Vice President and Senior Vice President at Whirlpool Corporation and a Partner at Boston Consulting Group, developing strategy with industrial and consumer goods clients. Ms. Helmkamp holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
