Mr. Mirchandani has more than 20 years of experience in IT leadership, cybersecurity, software development, and global business strategy, including prior service as a chief information officer of a multinational corporation. Before Commvault, he led Puppet as President & COO and then CEO from 2016 to 2019, served as SVP & General Manager of VMware's Asia Pacific Japan region from 2013 to 2016, and held roles of increasing responsibility at EMC Corporation from 2006 to 2013.
