He holds multiple patents for cybersecurity-related authentication technologies and speaks, writes and educates executives about cybersecurity matters. He has assisted Fortune 1000 companies in licensing, developing, building and operating wireless technologies and systems around the world. Mr. Goldman was nominated to serve as a director of the Company because of his extensive experience with cybersecurity, advanced technologies and global market strategies.
