ZoomInfo Technologies acquired Comparably, a transaction completed in April 2022, structured as cash, convertible notes, and equity.

Comparably operates in Employer-brand / talent data, is based in United States. Comparably (Comparably, Inc.) runs a workplace-culture, compensation, and employer-brand review platform used by millions of people each month across roughly 20 workplace categories. ZoomInfo acquired all of Comparably's outstanding equity in April 2022, announcing the deal on May 2, 2022, to enrich its TalentOS recruiting product with proprietary culture, salary, and candidate data. Comparably was acquired alongside Dogpatch Advisors for combined consideration of $150.6 million in cash plus $10.0 million in convertible notes receivable, not separately disclosed by target.
