Sean Woodward

AeroVironment's official site states that Sean Woodward has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since May 2026, bringing more than 22 years of defense-technology finance leadership gained within publicly traded Aerospace & Defense companies including Honeywell International, General Dynamics and AeroVironment.

He joined AeroVironment in 2010 and spent more than 15 years in roles of increasing responsibility across corporate FP&A, business management, pricing and cost estimating, program planning and controls, and government-accounting compliance, and has participated in every acquisition in the company's history. He holds a B.S. in business management from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from the University of Tampa.
