On the IDEX corporate site, Ms. Flores was named Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer effective February 2, 2021, leading the global human resources function for more than 7,000 IDEX employees worldwide. Over more than a decade with IDEX she held a range of HR leadership roles, including Group Vice President of Human Resources for the company's dosing & water, global dispensing, and valve businesses, and led several enterprise-wide HR processes and initiatives.
Before IDEX she worked in talent acquisition as a Senior Recruiter, Team Leader and Client Relationship Manager. Public sources indicate she holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, and joined International Paper as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2026.
