Sean M. Gillen

Sean M. Gillen is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IDEX, a role he assumed in January 2026. He joined IDEX from AAR CORP., a provider of aviation services to the aerospace and defense industries, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 2019 to December 2025.

Before AAR CORP. he was Vice President and Treasurer at USG Corporation, a building materials manufacturer, and earlier spent nine years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Vice President in its Global Industrial Investment Banking Division. Mr. Gillen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
