AbCellera's revenue is concentrated among a small number of partners and licensees. As of December 31, 2025, accounts and accrued receivable were due from only 7 customers (down from 16 a year earlier). FY2025 total revenue of ~$75 million was dominated by two large, largely non-recurring items: ~$36.0 million of licensing/royalty revenue from a December 2025 patent-litigation settlement and license with Bruker Corporation (which also carries ongoing royalties on Bruker's Beacon platform), and a $10 million Trianni platform licensing fee recognized in Q2 2025 (a one-off earnout to former Trianni shareholders). Eli Lilly and Company is AbCellera's most significant historical partner (the two co-discovered COVID-19 antibody therapies bamlanivimab and bebtelovimab, on which AbCellera earns royalties). The company has started 104 partner-initiated programs carrying downstream milestone and royalty rights, but expects research-fee revenue to keep trending lower as it shifts from a partnership model to developing its own internal pipeline.
