Ms. McGrane has served as ZoomInfo's Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since May 2024, overseeing the Company's legal matters, including compliance, data privacy, government relations and strategic transactions.
She previously served as the Company's Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary from June 2021 to May 2024. Prior to joining ZoomInfo, she was securities and governance counsel at Boston Scientific Corporation from 2015 to 2021, and earlier was an associate at several leading national law firms.
She holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School, and a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Mathematics from Susquehanna University.
